What to Expect

In the “Soft Skills for Architects” module, you will learn essential soft skills for software architects, including communication, facilitation, and conflict management. Through practical exercises, you will improve your conversation skills and visualization techniques. The training will help you interact effectively with stakeholders and communicate decisions clearly.

 ➤ You should have experience in software development and basic knowledge of the role of software architects.
➤ Openness to communication and a willingness to develop your soft skills are important.

Technical Requirements

 There are no specific requirements for the training environment, as the exercises are conducted using cloud- and web-based tools like Miro, Draw.io, and platforms such as Jupyter or HuggingFace. Only a stable and sufficiently fast internet connection is required.
