Experience and qualifications
Gilbert is a highly skilled enterprise architect and project manager with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He has extensive and in-depth knowledge of software architecture and managing software development teams in the communications, insurance, retail, consumer goods and manufacturing sectors. His core competencies include enterprise architecture management, project management and system integration.
Gilbert has successfully implemented IT projects in countries such as the Netherlands, China, the United States, Switzerland and Austria. He is a recognized expert in the implementation and management of complex IT solutions. Due to his international focus, he is fluent in German and English. Gilbert graduated from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hannover with a degree in Engineering in Information Technology.
His wide-ranging interests and enthusiasm make him a flexible and customer-oriented trainer. He has worked in various management positions, including Director Consulting Services and Team Manager Consulting Services, at renowned companies such as PTEC Consulting, CGI Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG and Acando GmbH in various management positions, including Director Consulting Services and Team Manager Consulting Services. With his broad range of technical knowledge, particularly in process modeling, ERP systems and cloud technologies, he enriches his training with both theoretical and practical experience.
Gilbert has also successfully conducted numerous training courses on topics such as Java development, business software and self-defense for women.

Gilbert’s approach as a trainer is based on the principle that education has transformative power.
He is convinced that targeted training and workshops can not only impart technical knowledge, but also achieve a lasting change in the way participants think and work. Gilbert strives to create an open and supportive learning environment in which individual strengths are fostered.
Special successes
His outstanding achievements include the international launch of IFS Applications 10, for which he connected 300 satellite systems. He also led the transformation of an enterprise architecture from in-house developments to standard software, which contributed significantly to increasing efficiency. Gilbert has also received several awards, including the 2014 Process Solution Award from GPM.
